We collect the data you submit via the contact form (name, company, email, partner type and message) and basic technical data such as anonymized analytics.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to respond to enquiries and provide requested information, based on your consent and our legitimate interest in serving prospective partners.
Data retention
We keep your data only as long as necessary to handle your request and comply with legal obligations.
Job applications
If you send us an application through the Careers section, we process the data you provide (name, email, phone, LinkedIn or portfolio link, message and CV) with your consent and solely to manage Nextay's recruitment processes. If you want us to delete your CV and application, email info@nextayhub.com and we will delete them.
Your rights
You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, and object to its processing, by contacting info@nextayhub.com.
Third parties
We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers strictly necessary to operate the site, under data-processing agreements.
